Modular workspace for individual workflows
Challenge
When working on a task items and tools on the desk need to be arranged according to the task at hand,while other irrelevant objects often they take up space without being used. This results in wasted time trying to address workspace issues and organize the desk before starting a task. Moreover, with many people living in a limited amount of space, organisation becomes more important.
Design
Mea Modi allows for custom placement of objects according to individual neutral-reach-zones, supporting individual workflows. It allows to easily and quickly rearrange modules on the desk, according to the items needed for the task. Increased productivity is achieved through lighter cognitive load and increased focus.
